John Everett, President & CEO

John is a veteran strategist and leader. For more than 24 years he has been involved in developing business strategies and leading teams with diverse skills and cultural backgrounds. This includes organizing, driving, and implementing complex international projects with some of the world’s largest technology companies. John has special strength in increasing the quality and simplifying processes as well as integrating new technology into diverse companies. 
    
John has exceptional business communication and facilitation skills. He has worked both internationally and domestically for global organizations which include Ericsson, Treasury Services – Now Oracle, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini. In each of these organizations John has been instrumental in building teams and business processes that have often fundamentally changed the way the company operates. His experience with clients includes companies within a broad range of industries including: Technology, Telecommunications, Banking/Financial services, Hospitals and Real Estate. He has an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California (USC).

Dr. Ian Tebbett, Chairman of the Science Advisory Board

Dr. Tebbett is the Forensic Science Program Director of the University of Florida Global Forensic Science program, which won the 2006 national Award of Excellence in Distance Education from the American Distance Education Consortium.

 In the past six years Dr. Tebbett has increased enrollment 40% per year through partnering and assisting universities and governments in 37 countries in South America, Europe, Australia and Asia.  The program offers master’s programs in forensic DNA and serology, drug chemistry, toxicology, and general forensic science.

 Professor Tebbett has a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. degree in Forensic Toxicology. He has previously held faculty positions with the Forensic Science programs at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and the University of Illinois at Chicago (1988-92). Dr. Tebbett is the director of the UF Forensic Science Program and a professor in the University of Florida colleges of Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine.

 Dr. Tebbett previously served as director of Analytical Toxicology and director of the Racing Laboratory in the UF College of Veterinary Medicine. He has worked as a consultant for many international and national law enforcement agencies and has testified in Florida, Illinois and Europe. His research interests include, novel approaches to education and training in forensic science; the passage of drugs and metabolites across the blood/ brain barrier and the placental barrier, and the subsequent distribution, metabolism and elimination of these drugs; development of novel extraction and analytical techniques; FTIR, solid phase extraction, column switching techniques and supercritical fluid extraction and chromatography for the examination of drugs; and investigation of the relationship between drug abuse and immune suppression.
