John Everett, President and CEO

Mr. Everett is known for his ability to develop strategies and implement them through efficient processes. As a veteran strategist and leader John has more than 25 years experience in organizing, driving and implementing complex international projects as well as managing groups with diverse skills and culture. This experience has made Mr. Everett a passionate promoter of higher education.

Mr. Everett has worked both internationally and domestically for global organizations which include: Ericsson, Treasury Services – Now Oracle, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini. In each of these organizations John has been instrumental in building teams and business processes that have often changed the way the company operated.

Mr. Everett holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California.

Carol Sterlacci, CFO

Ms. Sterlacci comes to Apollidon with over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and financial systems. As an experienced CFO of national organizations, her financial leadership resulted in informed business strategies, financial discipline, and streamlined processes.

Ms. Sterlacci has worked in education, financial, and services institutions including The New Teacher Project, Transamerica Fund Advisors, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Ernst & Young.

Ms. Sterlacci is a certified public accountant, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ann-Louise Everett, COO

Ms. Everett’s background as an entrepreneur includes a number of lucrative and thriving business ventures. Her expertise is focused on marketing, sales, developing new brands, and building customer loyalty, for highly innovative technology and communication products.

Ms. Everett co-founded and served as CEO and Sales EVP respectively for two international award-winning firms – Appear Networks and Bluetail. Her marketing and sales experience with other organizations include: Tower Cloud, Nortel, Ericsson, LAN Systems and Pacific Bell – Now AT&T.

Ms. Everett holds an MBA in finance from Claremont Graduate School.

John Kaiden, Board of Directors- Apollidon

Sopris Capital - Principal and founding member

Mr. Kaiden spent twelve years as an investment banker and securities attorney focusing on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. His educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a J.D., cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
